He was predeceased by : his wife Betty Jean Carver. He is survived by : his children, Michael Edward Carver (Angela), Cindy Jane Major (Phillip), Tammy Lynn Proctor (Bert) and David Shannon Carver (Lisa). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
