Miller; his children, Beth Hall (Dale), Lewis Miller (Rachel) and Patricia Huskins (Scott); his brother Herbert Miller (Lois); his grandchildren, Andrea Gravitt (Dana), Sherry Green, Christine Bunch (Paul), Susanna Tomlinson, Crystal Hall, David Miller, Madison Miller and Kaydee Huskins; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Tanner, Skyler, Linden, Brayden and Jaxon. He is also survived by several friends and other family members.
