He was predeceased by: his parents, Hulett Fowler and Velvie Fowler; his brother Larry Fowler; his brother-in-law Wayne Hillhouse; and his nephew Kevin.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley Almanza, Joshua Fowler (Susan) and Christopher Bocci (Tammy); his grandchildren, Ariana, Dylan, Sierra, Tori, Melissa, Alex, Hazel and Zane; his siblings, Joan Hillhouse, Cheryl Guenther (Mickey), Gene Fowler (Lisa) and Eddie Fowler (Janie); and his sister-in-law Hazel Fowler. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews.
