He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Long and Laura Frances Wheeler Long; and his brother-in-law Bobby Carney. He is survived by: his siblings, David Long of Fairmount, GA, Elsie Carney of Adairsville, GA, Jane (Lester Harrison), Brenda (Mike Byars) and Martha (Paul Rollins). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
