He was predeceased by: his father Mike Mincey. He is survived by: his fiancé Jackie Harshbarger of Fairmount; his children, Wyatt Harshbarger-Mills of Fairmount and Corie Goss-Mills of Hazlehurst; his stepchildren, Jackson, Hayden and Zoey; and his mother Martha Mills of Tifton.
