In the vast expanse of eternity, Deborah Elaine shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Deborah Elaine farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her sister Janet Upton; her daughters, Charly Fetner, Catharine Groover and Mary Groover; and her grandchildren, Dakota Pike, Robert Elkins, Brianna Elkins and Landon Groover. She is also survived by four great granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mowell Funeral Home and Cremation Service - Fayetteville (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214).
