She was predeceased by : her parents, Felix Jackson and Louise Jackson; her son-in-law Mitch Butler; and her husband Charles. She is survived by : her children, Wendy Butler (late Mitch Butler), Scott (Joy), Brian (Joanie) and Kevin (Amy). She is also survived by her three brothers, a sister, and numerous in-laws.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fayetteville First Baptist Church (205 Stonewall Ave E, Fayetteville, GA 30214). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
