He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth White and Henry White; and his sister Donna Weldon. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Phelps; his children, Susan (Taggart Robertson), David Jr. (Michele) and Jill (Dan Welkley); his grandchildren, Rian, Sarah, David, Rachel, Kendall and Avery; and his brother Ed (Connie). He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren.
