He is survived by: his children, Tammy Stephens Helton, Tonya Stephens Presgraves, Tommy and Patricia Stephens; his grandchildren, Donavon, Barbe Presgraves, Chloe and Victoria Ramos; his brother Dwight; and his sister-in-law Janice Wallace. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
