He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Allison and Bessie Turk Allison; his wife Wilma Polk Allison; and his daughter Debbie Allison Waters. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Melinda Denoto and Tyler Caughron; and his siblings, Dilmous (Rita Allison), Marie Long and Tiny Ivey.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions please be made to the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia, 845 West Ridge Road, Gainesville, Georgia 30501.
