She is survived by: her children, Trish Hortman (Wandell) of Flowery Branch and Michael Jones of Flowery Branch; and her grandchildren, Casey Holbrook, Michael Hortman, Jake Hortman and Andrew Jones. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
