He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Innes and Bea Innes; and his brother Marc Innes. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Innes; his children, Debra L. May (Jim) and Jonathan L. Innes; and his grandchildren, Jessica May Walker, Kristen M. May, James M. May and Samuel L. Innes.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forsyth Methodist Church (68 W Johnston St, Forsyth, GA 31029).
Despite his love of flowers and gardening, David would appreciate, in lieu of flowers, that contributions be made to Forsyth Methodist Church or to a university of your choice in his name.
