Gaines, Curtis Wade Osburn of Valdosta and Travis William Osburn of Atlanta; his stepmother Amanda Osburn; and his siblings, Milisa Parlor (Brandon) of Hazlehurst, Gwyn Hardin (Tommy) of Perry, Bev Deitrick (Charles) of Summerville, SC, Karen Brantley (Russell) of Milledgeville, Keith Osburn (Tammey) of Newnan and Kevin Osburn (Leesa) of Hazlehurst. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 nieces and nephews.
