She is survived by: her parents, Darrell Sammons and Beth Marie Griffin Sammons; her husband Taylor Luke Entrekin of Ft. Stewart, Georgia; her daughter Harper Marie Entrekin of Ft. Stewart, Georgia; her siblings, Preston Sammons, Tyler Szarek (April), Daniel Johnson, Crista McMurphy (Craig), Elizabeth Weldon (Alex) and Kaylee Yancey (Toby); her grandparents, Kathy, Donnie Powell of Doerun and Laura Gonzalez of Graniteville; her great-grandparents, Mary Champion of Doerun, Iverson and Margie Powell of Doerun; her grandmother Carolyn Carter of Moultrie; and her great-grandparent Beth Ellison of Moultrie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
