She is survived by: her children, Barbara Roberts (Larry), Donald Phillips (Myra), Doyle Phillips (Lafonda), Kay Gates, Sheila Gowan and Donna Cook Bradley; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Adams, Cody Massa, Brandon Phillips (Rebekah), Brittany Arrington (Dean), Scott Phillips (Brittany) and Courtney Dean (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Jadie, Tinley, Sage, Kade and Sadie Phillips; her grandchildren, Maggie, Lucas, Levi Arrington, Peyton and Turner Dean; her siblings, Billy Hardy, Larry Hardy and Kathy Owen; her siblings-in-law, Joel Phillips (Linda) and Thelma Holloway Hardy; her niece Cindy Allen; her brother Maltese; her close friend Lacy; and her caregivers, James and Betty. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
