He is survived by: his wife Marsha Cox Heard; his children, Mickey Heard (Christy) and Casey McKowen (Timothy); his grandchildren, Skyler Tavenier and Carly McAtee; his siblings, Jerry Heard (Lou) and Joyce Caine (Ricky); his sisters-in-law, Paula Shadburn (Danny), Lynn Cox (Julie), Linda Warren (Steve), Letha Grizzle and Sarah Martin (Gary); and his pet Kitty.
