She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse David Williams and Leila Clara Clark Williams; her husband Wallace Phillips; her sisters, Mildred Poole and Linda Wescott; her granddaughter Ashley Usry; and her great grandchild Aliké Smith.
She is survived by : her children, Deborah Randall of Gibson, Brenda, Wayne Thigpen of Louisville, Kathy, Jamie Hawkins of Edgehill, Barney Usry of Gibson, Gary D. and Tina Usry of Gibson; her brother Larry Williams of Warrenton; her grandchildren, Michael (Amanda Thigpen), Toni Fields, Jennifer Randall, Derrick Randall, James (Kimberly Hawkins), Steven Usry and Matthew Usry; and her great grandchildren, Adrianna Thigpen, Zachary Thigpen, Vivianne Thigpen, Taliyah Fields, Antony Fields, Brooklyn Fields, XaVion Smith, Rhianna Randall, Landon Hawkins and Scarlett Hawkins. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
