She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel English and Alma English; and her husband Loys Chalker. She is survived by: her son Tim; her daughter-in-law Freda Chalker of Hepzibah; her daughters, Sandra Stringfield of Gibson and Cheryl (Denny Newsome); and her siblings, Martha Sims of Stapleton, Joel of Augusta, Katherine English of Augusta, Barksdale of Augusta and Ruby English of Augusta. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
