He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Smallwood and Annie Raley Smallwood; and his siblings, Branson Smallwood and Miriam Shelton. He is survived by : his sisters, Rebecca Smallwood and Margaret Thompson; and his nieces and nephews, Dianne Waters, Cindy Kamaka, Judy Smallwood, Tim Shelton and Larry Thompson.
