With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Brock of Gillsville, Georgia, born in Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on April 26, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn Brock to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Whelchel and Cassie Mae Whelchel; her husband Johnny C. Brock; and her siblings, Louise Clark, Inez Thurmond, Robbie Stevens, Ray Whelchel, Dennis Whelchel, Perry Whelchel, Leroy Whelchel and Buddy Whelchel.

She is survived by : her sons, John Brock and Jay Brock (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Mason Brock, Lillie Brock, Walker Brock, Blake Campbell, Chad Brock and Emily Brock (Jalen Peddrew); and her great grandchildren, Mahsi and Ezra Peddrew.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Little & Davenport Funeral Home (355 Dawsonville Hwy, Gainesville, GA 30501). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
