He is survived by: his wife Linda Baxter of Glennville; his daughter Jennifer Sager (Mark) of Ludowici; his siblings, Pat Williams of Radcliff, Winwood "Butch" Baxter, Jr. (Pat) of Abilene, Brenda Baxter of Radcliff, Tammy Skinner of Monroeville, Stacy Baxter of Ludowici, Joe Baxter of Ludowici and Patrick Baxter (Amanda) of Brunswick, Georgia.; and his grandchildren, Hannah Lee of Glennville, Caleb Lee of Glennville, Sophie Thomas (Wilson) of Eulonia and Maegan Sager of Augusta, Georgia..
