He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Arthur Anderson; his children, Derrek (Tonja), Ashlee and Whitney; his sisters, Etrendel Green (Michael), Marilyn Brown, Virginia Long, Marlene Anderson and Katrina Hagan; his half-sisters, Rosemary James Porter and Carolyn Hudson; his grandchildren, Zynasia, ZaRiah, Josiah, ZaRayna, Kyndall, ZaDerius, Noah, Krystian, Greysen, Naiema, Asheera, Malia Davis and Meagan; and his cousins, Debra Jean Gooden, Ivan Marimon, Billy Marimon, Beverly Marimon, Connell Shaw, Jessie Rhodes and James Kent. He is also survived by his father's previous marriage.
