He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Fillmore "M. F." and Sarah Dunham Futch; and his siblings, Jack Futch, Harry Futch of Tommy Futch, M. F, Francis Chambless, Eloise Dasher and Louise Sikes.
He is survived by: his wife Sybil Futch of Long County; his sons, Daryl Futch of Long County, David of Long County and Cherl Futch of Long County; and his granddaughter Taylor Futch.
