She was predeceased by : her parents, O. C. Floyd and Ruth Boyette Floyd. She is survived by : her son Michael Lewis (Sondra) of Jesup, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Blake, Levi and Faith Lewis. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
