She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Chester and Mattie Lee Wilkes; and her husband Charles "Shorty" Sharpe. She is survived by: her daughter Annette Dotson (Suzanne Scovil) of Glennville; her siblings, C. G. Wilkes of Garden City, Susie Rowland of Reidsville and I. D. Wilkes (Debbie) of Augusta; her grandchildren, Jerome Dotson (Lynn) of Reidsville and Melanie Carder (Bobby) of Glennville; her great grandchildren, Cody Dotson (Steffany) of Reidsville, Kaitlin Dotson of Savannah, Casey Dotson of Statesboro, David Braddy, Jr. of Soperton and Zach Braddy of Soperton; and her great great grandchildren, Jacy Dotson and Jack Dotson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
