She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent Kenney; her granddaughter Stephani Brooks; and her siblings, Robert Clifton Kennedy, Bertie Lee Jones, Martha Lou Purvis, Gene Franklin Kennedy, Daniel Roger Kennedy, Jimps Beryl "Bo" Kennedy, Mittie Carolyn Taylor, Charlie Cecil Kennedy, Linda Dale Smiley, Lavene Kennedy Bell and Jesse Winton Kennedy.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Dean Brooks (Marsha) of Reidsville and Ronald Edward Brooks of California; her siblings, Brenda Parker of Townsend, Donna Wood of Stockbridge, Wayne Kennedy (Betty) of Glennville and Royce Kennedy (Rhonda) of Glennville, Georgia.; and her grandchildren, Robert Andrew Anderson, Melani Deann Brooks, Kaytlin Marie Tatum, Kyle Brooks, Chyenne Brooks, Jacob Brown and Corrissa Brown. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
