She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jackson and Lucille Weitman Driggers; her former husband Fred A. Cheek; her son Fred A. Cheek III; and her siblings, Brice Driggers, Randall Driggers, Simmie Driggers, Sr. and Peggy Lescallet.
She is survived by: her husband Juan Durrence of Glennville, Georgia; her children, Robert Cheek of Augusta, Randy Cheek (Lisa) of Clemson, Glenn Durrence (Sandra) of Glennville and Malissa O'Conner of Glennville, Georgia.; her sisters, Carol Howard (Johnny) of Glennville and Georgia Gary Driggers (Brenda) of Augusta, Georgia.; and her grandchildren, Andy, Alden, Casey, Molly, Randall, Rob, Hannah, Wesley, Blake, Paul, Bethany and Savannah. She is also survived by Nine great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
