He is survived by: his wife Ann Watson Waters; his children, Bryan Waters (Jennifer) of Statesboro, Michelle Wise (Matthew) of Pembroke, Nicholas Waters (Morgan) of Athens and Joseph Waters (Haley Anna) of Patterson; his grandchildren, Luke, Chase Waters of Statesboro, Hunter, Hollee, Sunny, Stella Wise of Pembroke and Fletcher Waters of Athens; his great grandchildren, Paisley and Walker Wise of Brooklet; his brother Dennis Waters (Regina) of Glennville; and his sibling's children, Kristen Rogers (Travis) of Statesboro, Garrett Waters of Glennville, Cade and Kinsey Rogers of Statesboro.
