She is survived by : her daughter Tina Simpson of Glenwood; her brother Carl Evans of Macon; her grandchildren, Cody Lumley (Rebecca) of Ailey, Evan Smith of Glenwood, Danielle Smith (Luke) of Glenwood and Brooke Fernandez (Gregory) of North Carolina; and her great grandchildren, Natalee Lumley, Titus Lumley, Hart Fernandez and Harper Fernandez.
