He is survived by : his children, Timothy Wayne Powell of Dublin, Jeffery Powell of Nahunta, Robin Powell of Dublin, Kim Powell of Hazlehurst and Marla Powell of Michigan; and his siblings, Ray Powell Jr. (Brenda) of Hazlehurst, Peggy Powell of Scotland and Vonda Montford (Joe) of Glenwood. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, several great children, and many nieces and nephews.
