With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert Homer Watters Sr. (Gordon, Georgia), who passed away on February 26, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Jackson Watters and Edna Irene Lancaster Watters; his daughter Diana Rayburn; and his granddaughter Marisa Adcock. He is survived by: his wife Doris Hardy Watters; his children, Teresa Morrow (Vester), Shannon, Joy Adcock and Albert Homer Watters, Jr. (Pam); and his siblings, Carelton Dutton and Gyle Watters (Renee). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Shannon United Methodist Church in Mr. Watters memory.
