He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Clay Josey and Mattie Smith Josey. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Josey; his son Randall Josey; his stepchildren, Larry Whitney and Robin Gantt; and his sisters, Jean Gordon and Deloise Hamilton.
