She is survived by: her children, Peggy Hampton (Sam) of Gray, Brenda Bedsole (Jim) of Barnesville, Deborah Stephens of Gray, Phillip Stephens of Macon, Donna Stephens of Griffin and Matt Stephens (LaJeune) of Barnesville; her grandchildren, Tina Pruitt (Jeff) of Gray, Earl Shaw of Haddock, Ashley Skinner (Tyler) of Milledgeville, Christy Compagines of Macon, Trent Purvis of Gray, Keri Fowler of Macon, Pamela Roberts of Decatur and Matthew Stephens, Jr. (Brandy) of Flint, Alabama; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Jordan, Ava, Natalie, Weston, Titus and Georgia Mae; and her brothers, James Clyde Barton (Margarett) and Johnny Barton (Barbara).
Betty passed peacefully at her home after years of battling Parkinson's Disease attended by her loving family.
