She was predeceased by: her parents, Earle Smith and Mary Greene Bragg; her husband Ellis Herbert Lowe, Jr.; and her brother Robert "Bobby" E. Bragg. She is survived by: her children, John Lowe (Kela) of Gray, Deborah Elizabeth Tillman of Gray, Barbara Pruett of Gray and Billy Lowe (Ginger) of Gray; and her sister Ann Bohr of Ormond Beach, Florida.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
