She was predeceased by: her parents, James Comer and Martha Comer; and her daughters, Agatha Sue Pittman, Michelle Sheila Pittman and Patricia Pittman Lowman.

She is survived by: her sister Iona Etheridge Gray; her son Sidney Pittman (Canza); her grandson Jeremy Pittman; and her sister Vivian Brooks Gordon.
