He is survived by: his children, Monty, Ginger Mayhue, Renee Beck (Jim Lessel), Chuck and Michelle Mayhue; and his grandchildren, Delta Mayhue, Ashley, Matt Bunn, Brooke, Marcus Stanford, Brandi Quam, Jayson Beck, Taylor Mayhue and Mallory Mayhue.
