He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny B. Evans and Shirley Mathis Evans. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Michael Evans (Cherri), David Matthew Evans and Danielle Etheridge; and his grandchildren, Kayla Evans and Kelsey Evans. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to help offset funeral expenses care of Gray Memorial Chapel in Gray.
