He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Ryan and Gertrud D. Ryan; and his wife Phyllis Rosenzweig Bresse. He is survived by: his children, Penni Bresse Fields of Gray and Rusty Bresse (Janet) of Gray; and his grandchildren, Marcy Pearson (Michael), Troy Fields (Ciara), Joanna White (Corey), Anthony Locklear (Sequoia), Staci Bresse, Ryan Bresse (Cheyenne), Rachale Bresse, Jericho Bresse and Jonah Bresse. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
