It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Earwood (Gray, Georgia), born in Murphy, North Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Deal Seabolt and Edna Mae McDonald Kent; her granddaughter Stephanie Parrish; and her sister Jean Davis. She is survived by: her spouse Dale Chase Earwood; her children, Teresa Hyde, Ray Hyde of Andrews, Terri Wheeler, Ross Wheeler of Clermont, Georgia of Jones County, Darrell of Jones County, Cindy Earwood of Jones County, Dennis Earwood of Jones County, Trina of Jones County and Paul Hathaway of Jones County; her sister Joann Irons; and her brother-in-law Clyde Irons. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; brother.
