She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Kilpatrick Lunsford and Mary Adelene Rhodes Lunsford; her husband Omer Cook; and her siblings, Clifford K. Lunsford, Jr., Walter Lunsford, Marguerite Whitehead, Hilda Moore and Kathleen Lunsford.
She is survived by: her sons, Fred Cook (Zandy) of Greensboro, GA and Dennis Cook (Alethea) of Gray, GA; her grandchildren, Angie Simpson (Kevin), Blake Cook (Lauren), Beth Cook, Brittany Davis (Brock), Brent Cook, Cameron Cook, Kayti Rinauro (Sal), Christopher Tillery (Kelly) and Beth Greene (Robert); and her siblings, Dianne Woods, Clayton Lunsford and Ricky Lunsford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
