He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Thomas Jarmusik and Vesta Gertrude Boutwell Jarmusik. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Jewel Jarmusik; his children, William Jarmusik and Samantha Jarmusik; and his sister Sandra Hupcej.
