He was predeceased by: his brothers, Curtis Powell of Gray and Cecil H. Powell of Vidalia, GA.. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Powell of Gray; his children, Angela Holt of Gray, Cindy Powell Bryant (Thaddeus) of Gray and Harold Eugene Powell (Lisa) of Gray; and his siblings, Charles L. Powell of Gray, Danny R. Powell of Gray and Alice Virginia McCoy of Sparta, GA.
