He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Lester and Fannie Mae R. Chapman; his wife Melba G. Chapman of Jones County, Georgia.; his daughters, Dorothy Terrell (John) of Gray and Rita Thompson (Greg) of Gray; and his grandchildren, Andrew Thompson of Macon, Anna Marie Boykin (Rutledge) of Winter Garden, Jessica Terrell of Burlington and Jack Terrell of Beaverton, Oregon.. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and other extended family.
The family requests that everyone observes social distancing and wear masks.
