He was predeceased by: his parent James Wendell Faulk, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Brooke Faulk Powers, Michael Brandon Faulk and Taylor McPherson; his mother Brenda Thomas; and his siblings, Dophie Wayne Thomas and Wendy Fitzgerld.
