He was predeceased by: his siblings, Linda Holt, Sara Montress Holt and Dallas Holt. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Holt; his children, Jared Holt (Mackensey) and Jessie Holt (Alex Schatte); his granddaughter Lana Ren Holt; his siblings, Ronnie Holt, Brenda Alexander and Maryann Wilson; his stepson Dustin Vaughn; and his nephew Steven Callison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
