He was predeceased by: his mother Carrie Seabrooks; his sister Essie Risby; his daughter Natashia Seabrooks; and his brother Charles Farley. He is survived by: his former wife Paulette Daniel-Seabrooks; his grandchildren, Javaris Middlebrooks and Carlayzia Johnson; his sisters, Brenda Seabrooks and Tammy Seabrooks; and his niece Roni Risby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
