He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Morgan and Ruth Thompson Morgan; and his children, Debra Morgan and Michael Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Emily Morgan; and his children, Wanda Gatlin and James Morgan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
