He was predeceased by: his parent Irving Eugene Stephens; and his brother Donnie Stephens. He is survived by: his parent Cornelia Collins Stephens; his spouse Carol Stephens; his children, Cheryl Athey, Brad Stephens and Mallory Stephens; his grandchildren, Stephen Arnold, Emily Nesbit, Hank Stephens and Carson Cardwell; and his great grandchild Phen Arnold. He is also survived by three sisters and by three brothers.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the donor's favorite charity.
