He is survived by: his parents, Roy Witt (Rita) and JoAnn Baxley Witt Herron; his children, Anna Marie Brown (Michael) and William Donald Witt; his close friend Lisa Meador; his grandchildren, Joseph Donald Brown and Jaxon Scott Brown; and his siblings, Dennis Lee Witt (Wendy), Glenn Joseph Witt (Teresa), Gordon Lee Witt and Michael Donald Witt.
