He was predeceased by: his father Donald N. Clements of Macon; and his nephew Cohen Sumner. He is survived by: his mother Pat Clements; his wife Karen Sumner Clements of Gray; his children, Kristen Clements Graham (Caleb) of Peachtree City, Georgia, Brandon Scott Clements (Katie) of Gray and Lyndsey Brinson; his grandchildren, Knox Graham, Collins Graham, Brody Ives, Bradley Clements, Bryson Clements and Liam Brinson; and his siblings, Cindy Ryals (Barry) of Young Harris, Georgia and John Clements (Kimi) of Milledgeville, Georgia. He is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews.
